Uploaded Images

Images you upload are processed only in memory on our servers. We do not store, save, or retain your images after processing is complete. Once the resize request is finished and the response is sent to your browser, the image data is discarded. Your privacy is important to us.

Your Responsibilities

You must only upload images that you own or have the right to use. You must not use the service for any illegal purpose or to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights. You are responsible for complying with Twitch, Spotify, and all applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resizers and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero for free use).
